Welcome to Golf View Resort!! Located in heart of Pigeon Forge. This condo is easily accessible with no steep mountains to climb or long flights of stairs. Entering the condo the first thing you see is the large open living room with a double sided gas log fireplace. Enjoy a little bit of the outdoors on the private balcony. If you sit long enough you might hear the train whistle from the Dollywood theme park. Enjoy your meals in the separate dining area with some extra ambience with warmth from the that double sided fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops adjoins the dining area making entertaining a breeze! Also on the main level is the half bath. The first en suite is at the top of the stairs for your convenience. The laundry closet is down the hall that leads to the second en suite. This private bath also offers a whirlpool tub. Golf View resort offers an outdoor pool and hot tub as well as an interior pool for the cool days. The Water, Sewer, Gas, Trash, Cable TV, WIFI and Grounds Maintenance are paid though the HOA. Owners pay for the Electric. The condo was closed for approx. one month in 2021 when it was being transferred to Vtrip rental resulting in a lower gross rental income.
